🦋 Livestock orders – Metropolitan France
For any claim regarding animals that arrived dead or missing, it is mandatory to provide a video : The video must show the opening of the package without interruption (the package must not have been opened before the video). The video must clearly show the dead or missing insects.
In case of a validated claim: If we have the animals in stock, we will resend them at no additional cost. If we no longer have stock available, we will only refund dead or missing animals. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please note, if delivery with - Chronopost Express delivery to a relay point - : the package must be collected on the same day as its arrival at the relay point. No guarantee (replacement or refund) can be applied if the package is not collected on the day it is made available. We decline all responsibility in the event of mortality linked to late collection of the package.
🦋 Live orders – Outside mainland France (Europe, French overseas departments and territories, United Kingdom, etc.)
For any complaints regarding animals that arrived dead or missing, It is mandatory to provide a video : The video must show the opening of the package without interruption (the package must not have been opened before the video). The video must clearly show dead or missing insects.
If the video is valid and clearly shows the dead or missing insects, a refund for the dead or missing animals will be issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded. No animal returns will be offered for shipments outside mainland France.
📦 Non-living products For any complaints regarding equipment or other items, please contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt with: One or more photos showing the problem, and, if necessary, a brief description.
⚠️ Package not collected from relay point: If your package has been delivered to your collection point but has not been collected and is returned to us, the shipping costs will not be refunded. If a reshipment request is made, new shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Special information on preparation and shipping
📅 Shipping orders
• Orders with live animals:
To ensure the well-being of animals and avoid any risk related to delivery times, shipments of live animals (stick insect eggs, insects, etc.) are only made on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays for FRANCE. For other countries: Mondays (or Tuesdays exceptionally).
Please note: Live orders placed on Wednesday will be shipped the following week. This prevents packages from getting stuck in carrier warehouses over the weekend. Orders are not usually shipped the same day , so please allow one to two days for delivery.
• Other commands
Orders for equipment or other non-living items are shipped within 72 business hours after order validation.
📦 Preparation and shipping costs
Shipping costs include:
• The costs of preparing and packaging your order.
• Shipping costs calculated according to the total weight of the package.
• The provision of a 72-hour or 48-hour heater when we consider that the temperatures are too low, at no additional cost to you.
Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping fees may vary depending on weight and the carrier chosen. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order to limit shipping costs.

We pay particular attention to the quality of our shipments: The dimensions of the boxes used are adapted to your items. Your products are carefully protected to ensure their arrival in perfect condition. Your orders are delivered to the address you indicate when ordering.

Six-pattes.com cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery beyond our control (logistical problems, strikes, exceptional weather conditions, etc.).

We ship your parcels via Colissimo , with home delivery.
Metropolitan France : Delivery without signature - delivery time: 48 hours after dispatch.
DOM-TOM: Delivery without signature - delivery time: 5 working days minimum after shipment.
EU: Delivery with signature - delivery time: varies depending on the country, between 3 and 7 days after dispatch.
UK : Signature delivery - delivery time: between 3 and 7 days after dispatch.
Mondial Relay – Delivery to relay point (Metropolitan France)
Only available for sending equipment (no living things), Mondial Relay allows you to receive your packages at the relay point or locker of your choice within 3 to 5 working days.
Chronopost – Express delivery (Metropolitan France / DOM-TOM / EU / UK)
For very fast deliveries, we offer Chronopost :
Metropolitan France : Hand delivery the day after dispatch and before 1 p.m. If absent, the package will be left at a relay point.
DOM-TOM: delivery time: 48 hours.
EU and UK: delivery time: varies depending on the country, between 1 and 3 days after dispatch.

Delivery to a Pickup relay point the day after dispatch and before 1 p.m.
🏪 Pick up on site – Aldi Châteauneuf-les-Martigues car park (Bouches-du-Rhône - France)
You can collect your order directly from the parking lot of the Aldi store in Châteauneuf-les-Martigues .

For sending small items or stick insect eggs, we offer shipping via tracked green letter with bubble envelope :
Metropolitan France : delivery time: approximately 3 working days .
DOM-TOM : delivery time: approximately 7 to 10 working days
EU: Delivery time: approximately 5 working days
UK: Delivery time: approximately 5 to 7 working days.
This shipping method is economical while guaranteeing easy tracking of your shipment.
