Shipments
If your order contains live animals, the package is usually shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays after receiving payment. This is to avoid the package being stuck at the carrier's warehouse over the weekend. If it does not contain live animals, shipments will be made within 2 days after receiving payment.
Shipping costs include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Preparation fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items in one order.
We take great care in preparing your delivery. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected. Products are delivered to the delivery address you indicated during the order process.

Packages are shipped via COLISSIMO through LA POSTE with a tracking number and delivered without signature. The delivery time is 48 hours (2 business days) for France. If you require delivery with signature, an additional cost applies, please contact us. For Colissimo shipments to Overseas territories, the indicative delivery time is 5 to 7 days depending on the destination. For international Colissimo shipments, the indicative delivery time is 4 to 8 days depending on the destination. For more information, please visit the international delay calculator.

Packages can also be shipped via Chrono Express® through LA POSTE and delivered against signature. Your package will be delivered the day after shipping and before 1 PM for France. Your goods are delivered in 2 to 3 days to Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guiana, Reunion, and Mayotte. Delivery is made on-site or at home by hand against signature. In case of absence, the package is made available at the Chronopost agency or the nearest post office for 14 days. Indicative average delays of 1 to 3 days in major global economic centers, other destinations in 2 to 6 days. To know the delays by destination, check the country sheets on www.chronopost.fr.

Any order not shipped within 30 days of the order is cancelled, unless otherwise stated and announced in the sales offer. In case of shipping delay, an email will be sent to you. In this case, as long as the product is not shipped, you can always cancel your order, no charge is made before shipment. We also invite you to regularly check your order tracking and contact Customer Service for any questions or in case of problems.
Returns
For items other than live animals:
From the date of receipt of your package, you have 14 days to change your mind. To get a refund you must return the item to us: in perfect condition (unused product) and in its original packaging (unopened packaging).

Don't forget to indicate inside the package: your NAME, ORDER NUMBER, and REASON FOR RETURN. The return is made exclusively by postal mail to our address and return costs are at your expense.
