Silicone heating cable is mainly used on terrariums and racks. It allows heat to diffuse from the ground.
To avoid contact between animals and the heating cable, the cable will be placed outside the terrarium.
It is not recommended to use the cable over the entire surface of the terrarium, but rather over about 1/3 of the surface in order to always provide a thermal gradient.
It is strongly recommended to use a thermostat to regulate the temperature and to space each row of cables at least 3cm apart to avoid overheating.
Do not immerse, modify, cut or overlap the cable.
