Authors' biography:
An amateur entomologist specializing in earwigs, former attaché at the entomology laboratory of the National Museum of Natural History, Vincent Albouy is a passionate naturalist who has already published numerous books on insects, birds, the discovery of nature and natural gardening, intended for children or the general public. Involved since adolescence in the associative movement for the protection of nature, he is currently honorary president of the Office for Insects and their Environment (OPIE).
A long-time member of OPIE (Office for Insects and their Environment), Lucas Baliteau founded the OPIE Midi-Pyrénées delegation in 2007, of which he is now the honorary president. He works at Micropolis, the city of insects in Aveyron. For the past ten years, he has been inventorying the butterflies of our territories and regularly publishes scientific articles and articles intended for the general public. He is the author of Tous lesinsectes du monde (published by Milan jeunesse).
