Beetles represent a significant fraction, not only of the Museum's collections, but also and above all of the environment. They serve as indicators for many constantly evolving parameters, so taking them into account is of prime importance for environmental management. Their study is based first on that of the specimens preserved in the collections, which is why the Museum's corpus (probably the first in the world in terms of quantity and quality) has a very special significance. Contributing to making this heritage better known is the aim of this work.
